A.I.

A.I.-Driven PowerPoint Acceleration for the Enterprise

This video shows how to import PowerPoint presentations and other files into IPM, including adding metadata like dates, language, and descriptions. You’ll also see how to use My library, manage new versions, and move content into the Public library when it’s ready to share.

At the core of the platform is a structured A.I. implementation organized around four key functional areas.

Automatic slide creation from user prompts

Instead of starting from a blank slide, users can describe what they need in their own words. IPM/xPress uses A.I. to turn those prompts into structured slide content, accelerating the earliest—and often most time-consuming—stage of deck creation. This reduces manual authoring effort and makes it easier for any user to move quickly from ideas to usable presentations.

Design faster, more visually impactful slides

Once the foundational content is in place, IPM/xPress focuses on helping users design slides that are clearer and more engaging. A.I. assists with layout and presentation, emphasizing speed and visual quality so teams can produce decks that are easier to follow and more effective in communicating key messages, without getting bogged down in formatting details.

Import media, edit images, and connect with other platforms

PowerPoint presentations depend on rich media and up-to-date assets. IPM/xPress supports importing media into PowerPoint, editing images within the workflow, and connecting with other platforms where content and files are maintained. This keeps presentations aligned with existing materials and reduces the friction of moving assets between systems.

Generate models from user prompts – text, speech, and images

IPM/xPress supports multimodal generation aligned to the needs of PowerPoint creation. From a single prompt, users can generate text for slides, speech content, and images intended for use in their decks. These capabilities bring multiple content types into one A.I.-supported process, making it easier to assemble complete, presentation-ready materials.

IPM’s A.I. implementation is grounded in a formal evaluation conducted by a top-tier I.T. consulting and development company. As part of this work, 16 A.I.-powered PowerPoint presentation tools were reviewed using a standardized methodology and uniform scoring criteria.

The analysis focused on the key functional areas involved in building PowerPoint presentations and identified the top four A.I. tools in each area. This provides a structured, comparative view of how leading A.I. solutions perform across the most important dimensions of presentation creation.
